The Coca-a-Cola company does not expect people will immediately leave their homes to buy Coke products after seeing a Coke commercial. The goal of the company is to make consumers familiar with Coke products. Since the consumers are familiar with Coke products from the commercials, consumers have information about Coke to make them decide to buy Coke products when presented with an opportunity to buy them, such as a restaurant or grocery store.
What is a simple saying or expression that we can put in people’s minds that will make the message of the gospel familiar to them? God Loves You! Why? The crux of the gospel is founded on this statement by Jesus, “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoever believes in him will have everlasting life.” Furthermore, all people who have faith in Jesus agree that God loves them. It’s a unifying statement. Therefore, it is an extremely powerful statement because Jesus said the world will know the Father sent him because of our oneness (John 17:21).
We want to put up multiple billboards on I-95 from NYC to DC and from Philadelphia to DC. With these billboards, we can help millions of people become familiar with God’s love. Think how easy it will be to talk about God’s love with people who have read that billboard everyday? But we need your help to make this a reality. Each billboard costs between $2,000 - $16,000 to rent monthly. We want to have at least seven up at different locations. Please partner with us by praying and giving financially. All donations are tax deductible.
The God Loves You Foundation is committed to integrity and transparency. That's why we we make our Internal Revenue forms 990, 990-T, 1023 and 5227, bylaws, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements available to the general public for inspection free of charge.
